About This Role
Sixth Form Pastoral Lead – Term Time Plus 3 Additional Days, Monday - Friday, 40 Hours Per Week. Emmanuel College have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Pastoral Team. This is a non-teaching role helping to ensure the development of good character leading to exemplary conduct of students and ensuring the highest standards of attentiveness, intellectual engagement and participation in learning for all students.
We Are Looking For a Team Member Who:
- is passionate about fostering a love of learning
- possess the ability to form strong relationships with young people
- is confident in dealing with confrontation in a professional manner
- can communicate effectively with students and families
- is competent in dealing with parental queries and the handling of sensitive information
- is able to follow established procedures
