EMMa3D empowers decision-makers across ServiceNow using businesses. Our software runs on ServiceNow and automatically creates live, 3D models of how a business works, end to end, top to bottom, front to back, based on the business's ServiceNow data. As a result, businesses benefit from improved decision-making, minimized risks, and enhanced execution to achieve their goals effectively.
Currently, we do not employ Product-Led Growth; all of our marketing and sales have been founder-led, via LinkedIn and ServiceNow events. While this type of activity will continue, it will increasingly focus on new product modules. We aim to create a new PLG channel to market and sell our 'SeeMy CMDB' module, which has established itself as a value-delivering product sold via the ServiceNow store over the last 18 months.
This is a full-time remote role for a Product-Led Growth Marketing Specialist at EMMa3D:
- The role will lead on every aspect of designing, creating, running, and optimising a PLG function for the 'SeeMy CMDB' module.
- The role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise as a Product-Led Growth specialist and ability/potential to design, create, run, and optimise product-led growth functions.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, customer insights, and track performance metrics.
- Excellence in communication and collaboration across teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, growth hacking techniques, and A/B testing.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is advantageous.
