Company Description

EMMa3D empowers decision-makers across ServiceNow using businesses. Our software runs on ServiceNow and automatically creates live, 3D models of how a business works, end to end, top to bottom, front to back, based on the business's ServiceNow data. As a result, businesses benefit from improved decision-making, minimized risks, and enhanced execution to achieve their goals effectively.

How we’ve marketed/sold thus far (and what we want to move to)

Right now, we don’t do Product-Led Growth (all of our Marketing and Sales has thus far been founder-led, via LinkedIn and via ServiceNow events). Whilst this type of activity will continue, it will increasingly be focused on new product modules, and we want to create a new PLG channel to market and sell our 'SeeMy CMDB' module, which over the last 18 months has established itself as a value-delivering product that is sold via the ServiceNow store.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product-Led Growth Marketing Specialist at EMMa3D:

  • The role will lead on every aspect of designing, creating, running and optimising a PLG function for the 'SeeMy CMDB' module.
  • The role will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise as a Product-Led Growth specialist and ability/potential to design, create, run and optimise product-led growth functions.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market data, customer insights, and track performance metrics.
  • Excellence in Communication and collaboration across teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, growth hacking techniques, and A/B testing.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is advantageous.
