Responsibilities
- Managing and executing CRM campaigns to ensure monthly updates and consistent engagement
- Overseeing website updates and optimising for content and user experience
- Managing PR initiatives to boost Emma's visibility
- Developing blog posts and careers content to attract both users and talent
- Building and growing our community of Emma users through engaging content and activities
- Planning and coordinating events to promote Emma's mission
- Managing brand assets, creating decks, and supporting affiliates and presentations
Who We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles β ideally within a high-growth startup or fintech company
- Strong writing skills with a portfolio of website copy, blog posts, product updates, or lifecycle email campaigns
- Ability to adapt tone of voice across formats, from landing pages to educational content and retention emails
- Experience with technical SEO and an understanding of how to structure content for search visibility
- Familiar with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Braze, or similar)
- Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with design or product teams
- Passionate about fintech and aligned with Emma's mission to empower people financially
- A team player with strong attention to detail and a love for clear, compelling communication
- Excited to join a fast-paced team and help shape Emma's voice across our owned channels
Bonus Points If You Have One Of The Following
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, including structured data, keyword strategy, and content optimization
- Experience with PR or communications, such as writing press releases, pitching to media, or supporting thought leadership
