About the role

Responsibilities

• Oversee and refine recruitment processes, conduct candidate screening, and identify opportunities to enhance HR operational efficiency
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections (this may also include running payroll and identifying automation opportunities)
• Assist in optimising operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity across customer support, workplace operations, processes, tooling, and KPIs
• Support the execution of special projects, including market research and competitor analysis
• Support regulatory operations and Consumer Duty compliance activities

This role requires direct involvement across multiple areas. Our team is small, lean and wants to move fast.

Who we are looking for

• Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
• High data literacy, a logical approach and excellent Excel/Sheets skills
• Strong understanding of digital data analytics
• Demonstrated interest in fintech and consumer financial services
• Previous experience in a startup environment

Bonus

Experience running your own small company or startup, or working in a high-growth startup or scaleup environment. Alternatively, experience with product, partnerships, content, and community building.
