Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand the qualities, skills, and attributes that define exceptional candidates for our team.
  • Identify, connect with, and engage top talent across various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
  • Develop and refine our recruitment framework, from selecting the right tools and technologies to standardising workflows that promote efficiency and fairness.
  • Design and deliver a seamless end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and fosters engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design interview structures that are both thorough and bias-free, enabling teams to make confident, data-driven hiring decisions.

About You (Qualifications):

  • You are a Talent Partner with at least 4+ years of experience.
  • You have sourced and hired exceptional people and have experience hiring for technical roles.
  • You can reduce complex problems to simple solutions.
  • You want to be part of an amazing team.
  • You are excited by what we’re building at Emma.
