Our mission is simple: to develop sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day. What you´ll do:
- Grow the business, your way — expand our client base and broaden our product portfolio with them, shaping pricing strategies that make sense for both sides.
- Be the go-to person — act as the main link between clients and our internal teams, making sure every project lands smoothly from idea to implementation.
- Own your accounts — track performance, spot pain points before they become problems, chase new opportunities, and keep your sales forecasts sharp and realistic.
- Spot what's next — identify fresh business opportunities and turn them into real contracts.
- Build real relationships — get to know your clients inside and out, and design tailored solutions that actually fit their needs.
- Bring the creativity — design, launch, and evaluate promotional plans for each client.
- Get out in the field — visit stores and clients face-to-face to assess needs, promote products, and set up POS materials.
- Coach and inspire — train store sales teams to sell our products with confidence.
Who we´re looking for:
- A salesperson's instinct — you're a natural closer with a go-getting attitude and a genuine drive to grow the business profitably.
- People skills that open doors — you connect easily and build trust fast.
- Independence — you're a self-starter who thrives without someone looking over your shoulder.
- Curiosity — you're always learning, always asking 'what's next?'
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills (C2 English; other EU languages are a real plus).
- Sales experience in bedding or furniture is a bonus, not a must.
- A valid driving license.
What we offer:
- An entrepreneurial culture that will empower and support you from day one — you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.
- The opportunity to accelerate your career and grow together.
- The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects as part of a dedicated, international team.
- To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.
- Access to a Company Car, Computer & Phone.
- Confidential mental wellbeing support with personalized sessions and self-guided programs.
We are on a mission to become No.1 in the world of sleep, and we’re looking for driven, ambitious people to help us shape what’s next. If you’re curious, hands-on, and ready to challenge the status quo, you’ll find the space here to make things happen and create real impact.
We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building an inclusive workplace.
