At Emma Systems, we work with companies operating across brokers, countries and regulatory frameworks. That means customs data, documents and processes are rarely aligned or easy to work with. This role exists to bring structure into that reality. As an International Implementation Consultant, you work closely with customers to understand how things actually operate, and turn that into solutions that are structured, scalable and usable over time. You stay involved from early solution validation through to implementation and follow‑up.
What you will do:
- Lead analysis workshops to understand customer setups across brokers, systems and markets
- Validate and refine solution design from Pre‑Sales
- Define and document Statements of Work (SoW)
- Translate business needs into structured requirements together with Product and Engineering
- Lead and contribute to customer‑facing and internal workshops
- Support and validate Requests for Change, including business case input
- Stay close to implementation and ensure solutions work in practice
- Identify gaps and contribute to improving how we deliver our solutions
What you bring:
- Experience in trade compliance, customs processes, cross‑border supply chain
- Background in consultancy, implementation or business analysis
- Strong understanding of both operational processes and systems
- Experience working in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
- Confidence leading workshops and driving discussions
- Strong communication skills in English
Who you are:
- Structured and analytical
- Comfortable working independently and across teams
- Commercially aware and focused on customer value
- Curious about how systems, data and processes fit together
- Able to balance detail with the bigger picture
