What you will do:
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations in Westfield Mall, London, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
- Assist in motivating and managing the Sleep Experts (sales staff) to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Advise customers on products to help them achieve the ultimate night's sleep, enhancing the customer experience.
- Perform engaging and insightful tests with colleagues to improve teamwork and store performance.
- Oversee administrative tasks, stock management, and ensure compliance with company policies.
