I’m helping Avance Consulting Group find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Organizational Change Manager in London. You will own enterprise transformations, turning skepticism into adoption through strategic OCM leadership.

Compensation: USD 65 - 90/hour. Location: Hybrid (1 Paddington Square, London, UK).

What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You are an expert in Organizational change management.
  • You are proficient in Project management.
  • English - Fully fluent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to program objectives.
  • Lead stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations.
  • Design and facilitate change champion networks, leadership alignment sessions, and employee town halls in English.
  • Build and execute communication plans that are clear, timely, and audience-appropriate.
  • Coach senior leaders and people managers on their role in driving adoption.
  • Track adoption metrics and adjust strategy based on resistance signals and feedback.
  • Work alongside PM leads to ensure change activities are integrated into the overall project plan.

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of OCM experience with a focus on enterprise transformation in financial services or technology.
  • Prosci ADKAR certification or equivalent change management methodology expertise.
  • Proven ability to facilitate executive-level sessions and navigate organizational politics.
  • Experience designing change communication strategies and employee-facing content.
  • Strong written skills— you will be drafting communications, talking points, and executive briefs directly.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and influencing without authority.
