Are you looking for Admin work in Burton upon Trent? If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us at Boots.

We are looking for Admin roles for 8-hour rotational day & 8-hour fixed night shifts candidates with the ability to perform various admin and warehouse tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment. The roles will involve communicating via phone and email, booking deliveries, working alongside warehouse staff, pickers, FLT drivers, assisting in stock checks, investigating stock and locations using the in-house system. The role will include moving through different floors in the warehouse.

At Boots, it\'s all about working as a team. Our people are the heart of what we do. Our Warehouse admin team plays a crucial role in ensuring customer online orders are processed with support from our multi-million pound automation.

Shift patterns currently available:

  • Rotating 8-hour shift pattern 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00
  • 8-hour shift 22:00 - 06:00 working 5 days out of 7
  • All shift patterns will include weekend working

Pay rates:

  • Days: £12.21, increasing to £12.60 after 12 weeks
  • Nights: £12.74, increasing to £14.49 after 12 weeks (paid from 22:00 - 06:00)

Transport:

  • Bus transport will be running from September
  • X11 bus from Birmingham area, pick-up points from Perry Barr, Erdington, Castle Vale directly to Boots Burton warehouse
  • Bus from Wolverhampton train station and Walsall town centre to Boots Burton
  • Located close to Burton train station

Key Skills:

  • Basic computer skills including Excel
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident communicating via phone and email
  • Use of the in-house system may be required; training can be provided
