Emm Bee Motorhomes are looking for the perfect candidate to join our expanding Sales team. We display over 100 new and used motorhomes and are one of the leading motorhome dealers in the UK. We represent Bailey, Burstner, Chausson & Laika motorhomes and we have recently been appointed a Hymer dealer to add to our manufacturers. We are now settled in to a new multi-million pound purpose built showroom and premises and therefore looking to add to our team numbers.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service to all of our customers, with a friendly approach and an unprecedented level of technical knowledge from all of our sales team. Experience in sales is not necessarily required but an ability to learn quickly, interact comfortably with customers and adapt is essential.
As with any sales role, this is a fast paced environment, we are a close team and provide a fun professional workplace. There are some other duties included within the role, but sales will be the main focus. You need to possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own diary, generate new leads and be confident in working to targets, whilst ensuring you deliver our customers the highest level of service.
There will be opportunities to visit various manufacturers across Europe and the UK. We also have several major exhibitions throughout the year where working away from home will be required for up to 6 days. Weekend work will be required and is on a rota basis with a day/s off during the week. Our hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm & Saturday to Sunday 10am to 5pm but there may be some occasions that you will need to stay late.
Please email your CV in the first instance. Salary is dependent on experience and does involve commission based on fair sales targets. However, we do pay a larger basic salary to enable our sales team to provide a better customer service, with an OTE of £40-44K.
