Role Purpose
This role is a senior delivery coordination and execution management position within a large-scale payments platform transformation programme. The role supports the Transformation Delivery Director in driving integrated delivery execution across multiple projects, vendors, onboarding initiatives, API integrations, and operational readiness activities. Operating as part of the Transformation Control Tower, the role ensures delivery activities remain aligned, dependencies are managed, governance is maintained, and execution risks are proactively surfaced across the programme landscape. The successful candidate will bring strong payments and transformation experience, with the ability to coordinate complex multi-stream initiatives across both business and technology teams. This is a hands-on transformation delivery role suited to someone comfortable operating across programme governance, vendor integration delivery, onboarding coordination, and API-enabled platform transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Project Delivery Coordination: Coordinate delivery activities across multiple concurrent transformation projects and initiatives. Ensure alignment between project timelines, dependencies, and transformation milestones. Identify delivery conflicts, sequencing risks, and resource impacts across the wider programme landscape. Support integrated planning and critical path management across projects. Maintain visibility of delivery progress, readiness status, and escalation points. Coordinate delivery activities with external vendors, integration partners, and third-party providers. Track vendor onboarding, integration readiness, certification activities, and delivery milestones. Support management of vendor dependencies, risks, and issue resolution. Ensure vendor deliverables align to programme timelines, testing windows, and operational readiness plans. Coordinate governance and status tracking across multiple vendor workstreams.
- API & Platform Integration Delivery: Support coordination of API integration delivery across internal and external stakeholders. Track API delivery dependencies, integration milestones, and environment readiness. Work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to ensure integration activities remain aligned to programme priorities. Support coordination of testing, certification, and operational readiness activities relating to platform and API integrations.
- Client Onboarding & Migration Coordination: Coordinate onboarding and migration delivery activities across clients, vendors, and operational teams. Support planning and tracking of onboarding readiness, testing, certification, and go-live activities. Ensure onboarding dependencies across product, integration, operations, and support teams are visible and managed. Track migration readiness, operational impacts, and production entry criteria. Support execution of pilot readiness and hyper-care coordination activities.
- Transformation Control Tower Support: Support the Transformation Delivery Director in running the central transformation control tower. Coordinate programme governance, delivery cadence, and execution tracking across multiple workstreams and projects. Consolidate delivery reporting, RAID items, dependencies, and milestone tracking into an integrated programme view. Drive follow-up of actions, decisions, risks, and cross-functional delivery commitments. Support preparation of executive governance and SteerCo materials. Produce clear reporting across delivery status, dependencies, risks, vendor readiness, and milestone confidence. Support governance forums by ensuring updates, actions, and decisions are accurately tracked. Escalate delivery risks and blockers impacting transformation milestones or operational readiness.

- Strong project management experience within payments, banking, or fintech.
