Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and craft strategic hiring plans.
Source, attract, and assess top talent using modern recruitment tools and platforms.
Champion a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Leverage recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve hiring outcomes.
Promote and innovate the employer brand through authentic storytelling and engagement strategies.
Strategic HR Advisory
Provide expert guidance on complex employment matters including performance, conduct, safeguarding, capability, attendance, dismissal, disputes, and organisational change.
Lead workforce planning initiatives, including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidance, ensuring legal compliance and cultural alignment.
Represent the organisation in disciplinary hearings and Employment Tribunals as needed.
Analyse HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to senior leadership.
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and transition into global platform support and SRE practices over time.
