EML Payments is a global payments technology company supporting some of the world’s most recognised programmes across cards, payments, and embedded finance. We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to help drive financial insight, forecasting accuracy, and commercial decision‑making in a fast‑growth, regulated environment.
The Role
As FP&A Manager, you will partner closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Product, Operations, and Technology, providing forward‑looking insight and robust analysis to support strategic decisions. This is a hands‑on role with real influence across a complex, international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning cycles
- Deliver clear monthly performance reporting with strong commentary
- Provide commercial insight into revenue, margins, and cost drivers
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support investment, pricing, and growth decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, and dashboards
- Support continual improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and governance
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent FP&A experience
- Strong background in FP&A within financial services, payments, fintech, or regulated environments
- Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders through data‑led insight
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience in payments, cards, or transaction‑based revenue models
- Exposure to Board or investor reporting
- Experience with FP&A / BI tools (e.g. Adaptive, Anaplan, Power BI)
