Role Purpose
This senior execution integrator role sits within the Programme Control Tower. You will drive end‑to‑end coordination, plan integrity, and execution discipline across multiple workstreams (Product, Platform, Migration, Country Readiness, Vendors). The programme must operate as a joined‑up system, not a set of disconnected initiatives, with clear visibility, managed dependencies, and proactive risk intervention.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Plan Oversight & Challenge – manage and ensure alignment to the integrated programme plan; interrogate workstream plans for logical sequencing, clear dependencies, realistic timelines; challenge gaps, assumptions and inconsistencies; ensure all plans drive programme outcomes and milestones.
- Cross‑Workstream Coordination – act as the central coordination point across Product, Engineering, Migration, Vendors and Country teams; align priorities, milestones and deliverables; facilitate forums to resolve conflicts, misalignment and ownership gaps.
- Dependency & Blocker Management – actively manage cross‑workstream dependencies; identify hidden or emerging dependencies and blockers; engage stakeholders and escalate early to resolve issues.
- Execution Tracking & Delivery Discipline – track delivery against milestones, deliverables and outcomes; move teams from status reporting to real delivery accountability; identify early warning signs of slippage, delivery risk and misalignment.
- Programme Governance & Reporting – support high‑quality reporting into weekly programme reviews, executive dashboards and SteerCo; translate delivery status into clear insights, actionable risks and decision points; ensure reporting reflects reality.
- Decision Support & Escalation – identify and articulate decisions required; assess impact of delays or inaction; support the Programme Director by preparing decision packs, framing trade‑offs and driving timely resolution.
- Standards, Ways of Working & Tooling – enforce delivery standards across workstreams (planning quality, status reporting, RAID management); ensure effective use of programme tools (Jira, Smartsheet); maintain a single source of truth for delivery status.
Experience Required
- 7–12 years in Project / Programme Management.
- Large‑scale transformation or platform programmes.
- Proven experience operating in multi‑workstream, complex environments.
- Technology‑led transformations (fintech / payments / platform).
- Experience working across Product, Engineering, Operations and third‑party vendors.
Core Skills
- Strong planning and structuring capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, including senior stakeholders.
- Ability to challenge constructively and influence without authority.
- Strong dependency and risk awareness.
- High‑quality communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to cut through noise and identify what matters.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Proactive – spots issues early and acts.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and holding them to account.
- Outcome‑focused, not just process‑driven.
- Detail‑oriented yet maintains a programme‑level view.
Red Flags (What This Role Is Not)
- Only tracks actions and produces reports.
- Avoids challenging senior stakeholders.
- Focuses on a single workstream instead of system‑wide delivery.
- Waits for direction rather than drives outcomes.
How This Role Supports the Transformation Delivery Director
- Execution enforcer across workstreams.
- Connector of plans and delivery reality.
- Escalation engine for risks and blockers.
