EARNINGS
- Commission-only for the first 2 weeks.
- Weekly pay during this period.
- After a successful 2 weeks: Monthly basic salary

THE ROLE (100% WORK FROM HOME)
- Fully remote.
- Outbound calling to customers of major UK life insurance providers
- Target: 250+ outbound calls per day
- Booking life insurance policy reviews
- Using proven scripts and CRM systems
- Full training and onboarding provided
- This is a sales role, not customer service.
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Proven telesales / call centre sales experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Track record of working to targets and KPIs
- Confident handling objections and closing deals
- Own computer/laptop and headset
- Reliable internet & quiet home workspace
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Highly motivated and income-driven
