EARNINGS

Commission-only for the first 2 weeks.

Weekly pay during this period.

After a successful 2 weeks:

• Monthly basic salary
• Uncapped commission
• Earn up to £400 per qualified lead

Your performance = your income.

THE ROLE (100% WORK FROM HOME)

Fully remote.

• Outbound calling to customers of major UK life insurance providers
• Target: 250+ outbound calls per day
• Booking life insurance policy reviews
• Using proven scripts and CRM systems
• Full training and onboarding provided
• This is a sales role, not customer service.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Proven telesales / call centre sales experience (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Track record of working to targets and KPIs
• Confident handling objections and closing deals
• Own computer/laptop and headset
• Reliable internet & quiet home workspace
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Highly motivated and income-driven
