The Associate role can be considered an \’academy\’ or the ideal first step in your sales career, working closely with a Senior Sales team member to source and set up opportunities that generate revenue. You will support the Senior Sales team throughout the sales process, gaining hands-on experience and tailored training. What You’ll Do Learn the Industry: Understand the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, therapy areas, clients, and competitors. Master Our Sales Process: Follow our structured curriculum, supported by your manager and training materials. Generate Appointments: Proactively reach out to potential clients via multiple channels to set up quality meetings for Senior Sales. Support the Sales Cycle: Assist in lead sourcing, proposals, contracts, reporting, and follow-up. Review Performance: Track your KPIs and aim to meet or exceed targets. Represent the Company: Post-target, visit clients and attend events, expanding our reach globally.
