At EMJ, we’re on the hunt for our first full-time Videographer/Content Creator to lead the way in producing dynamic video content for our global audience of healthcare professionals. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conceptualise & Develop Video Content: Create engaging video concepts, scripts, and storyboards for all EMJ platforms.
  • Shoot High-Quality Video Footage: Capture adaptable, high-quality video across various formats and platforms.
  • Lead & Direct Video Shoots: Take charge of all aspects of shoots, from setup to talent direction.
  • Edit & Enhance Video Content: Edit using Premiere Pro and After Effects, incorporating animations and motion graphics.
  • Capture Global Event Coverage: Travel internationally to film VOX-pop interviews, congress highlights, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Innovate with Content Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends to create cutting-edge content that resonates with our audience.

Who you are:

  • Expert Video Editor: You possess mastery of video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Suite.
  • Expert in Motion Graphics & Animation: You have expertise in After Effects, motion graphics, and creative editing techniques.
  • Skilled in On-Set & Digital Optimisation: You understand professional camera equipment, lighting, and how to optimise content for social media using analytics.
  • Creative Storyteller with Strong Portfolio: You are a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, evidenced by a proven portfolio showcasing diverse video styles, including social media content.
  • Exceptional Collaborator (6+ Years Exp.): With 6+ years of hands-on video production experience, you communicate exceptionally and collaborate effectively with talent and teams.
  • Organised & Proactive with Marketing Awareness: Highly organised and proactive in managing projects under deadlines, you also have experience or awareness in video marketing and branding, ready to make an impact.

Key Information

  • Salary: £60,000 - £65,000
  • Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
  • Working pattern: Hybrid min 3 days in the office (FT in office during probation)
  • Reporting to: Creative Director
  • Location: Our buzzing London/Moorgate office

We offer a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation, this period will be fully office-based, five days a week. Following this, we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
