What You’ll Do

  • Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of recruitment, from taking job briefs to managing offers.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Focus on outreach, build relationships across networks, and constantly look for new ways to find A‑players.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct effective video interviews, assessing skills and behaviours against role requirements, and identify high‑potential candidates who align to our values.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles, align expectations, advise on market insights, and support hiring managers in making confident, high‑quality decisions.
  • Candidate Management: Provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and a respectful, human process for every applicant.
  • Challenge & Improve Recruitment Processes: Give and receive feedback to refine our approach—identifying opportunities to streamline, innovate, and elevate our recruitment standards.
  • Lead & Support Recruitment Initiatives: Support employer branding activities, careers events, recruitment campaigns, and talent‑focused projects that strengthen our pipeline and showcase EMJ as a high‑performance, values‑driven company.

Who You Are

  • Recruitment Experience: Experienced in 360 recruitment, with a focus on candidate assessment and experience.
  • Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic and passionate about recruitment, motivated to continuously improve.
  • Organised & detail‑oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks, track progress, and follow up reliably.
  • A communicator: Friendly, professional, with strong verbal and written skills; able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Proactive thinker: Anticipate needs, spot opportunities, and take initiative.

Key Information

  • Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Monday - Friday
  • Reporting to: Head of Recruitment and Retention
  • Location: London/Moorgate office
  • Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office (5 days in the office during probation)

To support your training and development during your initial three‑month probation, this period will be fully office‑based, five days a week. Following this, we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
