EMJ in London is seeking an Internal Recruiter to attract and secure top talent, shaping teams and a high‑performance culture.

The hybrid role is based at the London/Moorgate office with hours 8:30–17:00, Monday to Friday; probation includes five days in the office.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, proactively source, conduct video interviews, partner with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while supporting employer branding and events.
