You'll help maximise client ROI and unlock repeat business by delivering standout campaigns and supporting influential industry partnerships. You'll own and optimise email, social, and paid media campaigns, using data and insight to increase visibility, engagement, and traffic to client content. You'll work closely with stakeholders, sharing best practice and helping shape how EMJ continues to lead the market in reach and performance.
What you'll do
- Plan and run campaigns: Manage email, social, and paid campaigns from start to finish, delivering strong engagement and results.
- Monitor and optimise: Track live campaigns, spot issues fast, and use data to improve performance.
- Support teams and clients: Share digital marketing best practice, insights, and benchmarks to enable success.
- Manage paid social: Set up, monitor, and optimise budgets to maximise reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Execute growth partnerships: Deliver campaigns and collaborations that expand audiences and boost visibility.
- Ensure quality and brand alignment: Check all content, links, and tracking to keep everything accurate and on-brand.
- Test and improve: Apply insights from tests (CTAs, subject lines, creatives) to continuously refine campaigns.
Who you are
- Running email campaigns end to end, using CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- You've scheduled campaigns, managed lists, and run A/B tests to improve performance.
- Analysing and improving campaign performance, with hands-on experience tracking results across email, social, and paid channels and using data to make practical, results-driven changes.
- Managing multiple campaigns at the same time, staying organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Working with stakeholders, where you've explained marketing best practice and campaign results clearly to clients or internal teams, even when they're not marketing specialists.

- Worked on paid social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn or Meta, with exposure to basic targeting and budget management.
- Developed commercial awareness, understanding how marketing performance links to client retention, repeat business, and wider business goals.

- Collaborated with external partners, helping manage deliverables and contribute to campaign reporting.
Key Information
- Reports to: Growth & Performance Marketing Manager
- Hours: 8.30am-5pm, Monday- Friday
- Working pattern: Hybrid, a minimum of 3 days in the office (5 days a week in the office during probation)
- Location: This role is based in our London/Moorgate office
We offer a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation, this period will be fully office-based, five days a week. Following this, we anticipate a regular office presence of at least three days a week to maintain collaboration and team connection.
