Role: Personal Assistant
EMJ are looking for an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our founder and sales team.
This is a varied and fast past-role, ideal for someone who uses their initiative, thrives when multitasking and juggling priorities.
Whilst there will be the usual PA responsibilities such as managing calendars, emails, travel and day-to-day admin, the role will also involve sales support.
This may include helping progress a sales opportunity, speaking with clients or suppliers, sitting in business meetings or conducting market research.
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, adaptable and happy to get stuck in where required.
The candidate should be comfortable taking ownership and making informed decisions without constant direction.
What we do
We provide a luxury lifestyle and sourcing service for UHNW clients internationally. Speed, discretion and exceptional execution are at the heart of everything we do.
- Source rare luxury assets, including cars, watches, jewellery, handbags and property.
- Arrange private aviation, yacht charters, and bespoke luxury travel.
- Deliver concierge services, from last-minute request to exclusive access and experiences.
Role responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the founder.
- Manage calendars, emails, travel and general administration.
- Coordinate meetings, projects and follow-up actions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Support client communication, sales opportunities and business development initiatives.
- Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
Requirements
- Experience in a PA/EA or similar role (graduates considered).
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrates maturity, professionalism and sound judgement, particularly under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience with AI tools, Canva & Xero is a bonus.
- London-based and able to work from our Central London office.
