The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive Team Coordinator to join our growing team! As our Sales team continues to expand rapidly, we need a reliable support professional to help manage administrative tasks and assist with junior-level analysis. Your work will play a vital role in helping our Sales and Management teams focus on what they do best: generating revenue and driving strategic growth.

What you’ll do:
- Departmental Coordination: Coordinate key departmental activities and ensure smooth execution of recurring and ad‑hoc initiatives.
- Executive & Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the department and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
- Process Improvement: Support the creation, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes, procedures, and operational checklists.
- KPI Reporting & Analysis: Produce daily and weekly KPI reports for the entire Sales department.
- Monthly Analysis: Conduct in-depth monthly analysis of key metrics by territory and overall performance.
- Lead Distribution: Manage and distribute incoming marketing and editorial leads to the appropriate Sales team members in a timely and organized manner.
- New Joiner Onboarding: Assist with onboarding schedules and coordination for new team members, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into the department.
Key Information:
- Salary: £30,000
- Hours: 8:30am – 5pm, Mon‑Fri
- Location: This role is based onsite in our London/Moorgate office
