The Role: Nursing Clinical Lead – Telemedicine

In this pivotal position, you will:

  • Oversee and continuously enhance all telemedicine nursing services across Emirates Group Medical Services (EGMS).
  • Lead the development of clinical protocols, telemedicine guidelines, and triage standards.
  • Triage patients using international best practice and refer to appropriate care pathways.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to telemedicine nursing teams.
  • Work closely with technical teams to maintain secure, compliant, and user‑friendly telemedicine platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with telemedicine regulations, patient confidentiality, and risk‑minimisation practices.
  • Deliver training programmes for nurses in telemedicine competencies and virtual patient communication.
  • Audit and report on service KPIs, ensuring high‑quality and safe remote care.
  • Promote evidence‑based practice across all digital care interactions.

Required:

You MUST Be a UK‑Qualified Registered Nurse

To apply for this role, you must meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • UK‑qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
  • 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Eligible for Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Registered Nurse licensing.
  • Proven ability to work independently and make strong clinical decisions.

Preferred (but not essential):

  • Interest in developing skills in Primary Care Practice Nursing or Aviation Medicine.
  • Paediatric nursing experience.
  • Experience with telemedicine or digital health platforms.
