The role supports the development and implementation of Emirates Holidays’ marketing activities across the UK & Ireland. It involves planning and executing campaigns, events and activations, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Reporting into the Business Support Manager (Corporate, Communications, Marketing & Brand), the job holder will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing campaigns and initiatives are planned and delivered on-brand, on-time and on-budget. The individual will also be responsible for contributing with ideas, insights and analysis to enhance performance and impact.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, consumer fairs, trade shows, and other B2C events & activations, from briefing to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment of marketing efforts to meet overall business objectives.
- Brief campaigns on Salesforce to ensure alignment with regional markets.
- Compile and analyze post-campaign reports and identify key learnings and insights for continuous improvement.
- Support in the preparation of annual marketing plans, as well as individual annual and ad hoc plans for partners based on owned and paid media channels.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing operations such as invoicing & contracting and managing marketing campaign proofs on the tracker.
- Support budget management by tracking expenses, preparing financial reports and ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, promotional strategies and areas for differentiation to gain a competitive edge.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the marketing asset library, ensuring accessibility for the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within the travel industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker, with a passion for developing engaging marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
