Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and marketing activities for EICMP in the UK & Europe.
- Achieve sales targets assigned for NA: Volume, Value and Net contribution Margin.
- Work with CCO to develop new businesses in the UK & Europe, oversee distribution and operation of EICMP Sales & Marketing Department, train staff, and prepare proposals and quotations for supply of EICMP Products to new territories.
- Assign multiple distributors in UK & Europe Markets based on geography and category.
- Plan for B2B, upper and lower trade, concept development for product and brand management, and increase product availability through various channels cost-effectively.
- Standardise logistics and distribution from EICMP for current and future partners in the UK & Europe by coordinating with supply chain and demand team in EICMP and its partners.
- List new product launches for offline, online and B2B channels and increase visibility.
- Explore opportunities for the current business model in the UK & Europe and suggest effective ways to maximise top line and bottom line for EICMP.
- Supervise e-commerce agencies operating on online platforms and ensure prices and promotions align with EICMP marketing calendar.
- Train and motivate sales teams for distributors on daily routine assignments such as customer requirements and authority’s demands.
- Assess current value chain with distributor and propose corrections based on distributor margin, current RSP and competitors' pricing.
- Establish and maintain a good contact database in the market.
- Support partners in negotiations on trade agreements annually, reviewing discount structure, rental agreements, national & individual outlet promotions, conditions of supply, rebate schemes, dispute resolution procedures and other sales & marketing related issues.
- Monitor and follow up on competitors' prices and sales strategies.
- Report back to senior managers.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a Field Sales Management role, Export, General Trading or FMCG Sales industry.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding export sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Experience in the UK & Europe Market FMCG industry is a must.
