We’re looking for a proactive, confident Marketing & Communications Manager to lead marketing and communications for one of our Business Units within the Eminox Group, part of the global Hexadex Group — a majority employee-owned business.
This is a role for a self-starter — someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership, and gets things moving, while working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to deliver aligned, high-impact marketing activity.
About Us
The Eminox Group brings together Eminox, Ceramex and SaveGuard, delivering innovative exhaust aftertreatment, DPF services and advanced thermal and acoustic insulation solutions to customers worldwide. Our culture is shaped by strong values — authenticity, continuous improvement, customer focus and respect. As a majority employee-owned organisation, our people are genuinely invested in our success and take pride in what we do.
The Role
You’ll have end-to-end responsibility for the marketing and communications strategy for your Business Unit, aligned to group objectives and long-term plans. You’ll be the link between the Business Unit and its customers — translating strategy into clear, compelling campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You’ll also work closely with one other Marketing & Communications Manager, ensuring alignment and consistency across the group, while retaining clear ownership of your own Business Unit.
About you
- A background spent within marketing and communications, within a similar industry or manufacturing.
- Self-starter and hands-on with research, copywriting and working closely with our sales and leaders throughout the Eminox business.
- Ideally qualifications within marketing, degree or other marketing-related accreditations.
- Able to commute to our site in Gainsborough. This is an on-site position, potential one day remote, flexible start/finish pattern.
Why Join Us?
- Real ownership and autonomy.
- The chance to shape strategy and see your impact quickly.
- Exposure to global markets and innovative engineering businesses.
- A values-led, majority employee-owned organization.
- A supportive, collaborative working culture.
Please ensure that you have the right to work in the UK when applying. This is a non-sponsorship role. Interviews will take place in May 2026. No agencies please, only direct applications are acceptable.
