CERAMEX BUSINESS UNIT LEADER

The Eminox Group is part of Hexadex Limited, a global group of engineering companies and majority employee-owned, headquartered in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, UK. The Eminox Group comprises three companies: Eminox Ltd, Ceramex Ltd, and SaveGuard. We supply products and services globally from our manufacturing facilities in the UK (HQ), Europe, North America, and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales and gross margin plan: Including 3yr double digit CAGR growth plans
- Increase and accurately forecast sales and prospect pipeline
- Own the associated P&L and Balance sheet of the Ceramex BU
- Direct control of the Ceramex BU team and associated partners
- Build strategic global relationships at the senior level while engaging within technical groups to develop new business opportunities and successfully close business
- Identify the needs of the customers, while demonstrating value to their business
- Influence internally and externally to ensure superior customer satisfaction
- Lead Business review: Forecast, Financial results, Voice of the customer engagement, Debt Review, and Action Plan
- Identify and report local trends and opportunities within Ceramex segment and associated industry
- Travel regularly to meet customers
