We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service/Sales Assistant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Duties
- Greet customers warmly at their homes and assist them with their enquiries in person
- Hit the recommended KPIs daily
- Provide product information, advice, and support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach
- Process transactions accurately using a new point-of-sale system
- Manage customer questions professionally, seeking prompt resolutions to ensure positive experiences
- Support team members to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- Fluency in English is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Excellent time management abilities
- Experience or knowledge of direct sales is preferred but not essential; coaching will be provided
- Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
