We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service/Sales Assistant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable sales and customer service skills within a vibrant environment. Fluency in English is highly desirable to effectively serve our diverse clientele.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly at their homes and assist them with their enquiries in person
  • Hit the recommended KPIs daily
  • Provide product information, advice, and support to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach
  • Process transactions accurately using a new point-of-sale system
  • Manage customer questions professionally, seeking prompt resolutions to ensure positive experiences
  • Support team members to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers of diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Experience or knowledge of direct sales is preferred but not essential; coaching will be provided
  • Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining excellent customer service standards
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
