We are looking for a Sales Assistant with a vibrant and an independent spirit, a brand ambassador who will have overall responsibility for the sales of the our Covent Garden shop. You will drive, with strategic vision to achieve and exceed set financial targets whilst providing an outstanding customer-service experience. As a natural leader you will ensure the development of all staff, guarantee the warm welcome of clients and ensure sales, whilst maintaining operational excellence. As our Sales Assistant, you are responsible for implementing the brands concept and making sure standards are met, with a contagious enthusiasm for EMIN + PAUL..
Role and responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the store..
- Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded..
- Ensure all paperwork, policies and procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately..
- Ensure the customer is at the heart of all operations in store - customer focus when making all decisions..
- Live the brand values and ensure that the store standards set out by the company are maintained..
Required knowledge, skills and experience
- Experience in Retail Industry or similar..
- Excellent time management and planning skills..
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving store targets..
- Excellent communication skills..

- High level interest in the EMIN + PAUL brand; passion for style and fashion and retail in general..
- Highly self-motivated & enthusiastic; ability to lead a team and motivate..
- Displays initiative and is creative. Flexible and adaptable..
