Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Luxury Retail or Sales Experience: A proven track record of working in a high-end retail or sales environment, where creating exceptional customer experiences is paramount.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to go above and beyond for customers, ensuring every interaction is memorable and positive.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and provide tailored advice and guidance.
  • Passion for Bridal and Fashion: An enthusiasm for helping others feel confident and empowered through styling and personal service.
  • A Proactive Mindset: Someone who thrives under pressure, takes ownership of their work, and doesn’t leave until the job is done right.

Requirements:

  • Weekend Availability: You must be able to work weekends, notably Saturdays, with a minimum of 8 hours per week.
  • Commitment to Growth: Monthly additional training sessions during the week are required to keep developing your skills and ensuring we deliver the best for our brides.
  • Room for Growth: The right candidate will be given more hours and opportunities to grow within the team as their confidence and expertise develop.
  • Able to work weekends, able to attend monthly meetings mid week.

Hours and Rota is subject to change to suit the needs of the business, one contracted working day WILL always be a Saturday or Sunday
