At Emilia’s Crafted Pasta, we make fresh, soul-warming pasta; just like Nonna’s. We’re looking for a creative, proactive and experienced Social Media Executive to join our growing Marketing team. This is a hands-on role with a strong level of responsibility and autonomy. You’ll take responsibility for our day-to-day social media, content creation and influencer partnerships, while working closely with the Marketing Manager on wider campaigns and marketing initiatives across our restaurants and retail pasta business. This role would suit someone with 2+ years of relevant experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and have a real impact on a fast-growing food brand.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create, film and edit engaging Reels/TikToks across our restaurants, events and launches.
  • Create and manage Instagram Stories and other day-to-day social content.
  • Develop creative content ideas and video scripts for both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Build and manage monthly content plans and oversee our day-to-day social media channels.
  • Manage our influencer collaborations, from research and outreach to implementation.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, tagged content and customer feedback.
  • Monitor performance, produce monthly social media reports and identify opportunities to improve content.
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy for social media, newsletters and website updates.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on campaigns, events, restaurant openings and local marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to wider marketing activity across our restaurants and retail pasta business.

You’re the right person if…

  • You have 2+ years’ experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a similar role.
  • You have strong hands-on experience managing Instagram and TikTok for a brand.
  • You’re creative, trend-aware and have a strong eye for visual storytelling, photography and aesthetics.
  • You’re confident filming and editing short-form video using CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar.
  • You’re proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
  • You’re commercially minded and understand how social media can support wider brand and business objectives.
  • You have a genuine interest in food & hospitality - and ideally, a serious love for pasta.

What we offer:

  • £32,000–£38,000 salary, depending on experience.
  • Progression & growth opportunities within the business.
  • Regular team socials & activities across the year.
  • 28 days paid holiday.
  • Free meals during working hours.
  • Paid day off on your birthday.
  • Employment anniversary present for every year of service (from year 1).
  • Referral bonuses for every friend you recommend.
  • 50% discount at Emilia's if you want to visit with your friends/family.
  • Enrolment in the company pension scheme.
