Emilia's Crafted Pasta Baker Street, London is seeking a motivated Kitchen Supervisor for a full-time role.

The position requires Monday to Sunday availability with a rotating rota including closing shifts and a 5-day work week.

You will assist the kitchen manager, supervise food preparation and quality standards, coordinate and train kitchen staff, and manage inventory, orders and food costs, while ensuring hygiene and HACCP compliance.
