Hi! I’m Ilaria, Marketing Manager at Emilia’s 👋

I’ve been part of the Emilia’s journey for three years, and it’s been amazing to see us grow into a collection of five restaurants (with our sixth on the way!) and launch our own retail pasta range.

Our Marketing team has grown along the way too: we welcomed our first Marketing Executive last year, and now we’re ready to bring a Graphic Designer on board to help us bring the Emilia’s story to life visually, across all our channels.

At Emilia’s, we’re all about sharing our love for pasta, and we’re looking for someone creative, curious, and detail-oriented who wants to help us bring that love to life visually.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their design career who’s confident using Adobe Creative Suite, loves getting creative with ideas, and is excited to learn and grow. As our team continues to expand, this freelance role might evolve into a full-time position!

💛 What you’ll do

  • Design on-brand visuals for both our pasta retail products and restaurant business
  • Work across a variety of creative projects, from packaging and menus to printed marketing materials and social media posts
  • Collaborate with our Marketing, Retail Sales and Operations teams to bring ideas to life
  • Keep our brand identity feeling consistent, warm, and full of character across all channels.

✨ You’re the right person if you…

  • Are confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Have a good eye for layout, colour, and typography
  • Are curious, creative, and open to feedback
  • Can manage your time well and adapt quickly
  • Having previous experience (internships, freelance, or university projects) is a plus!

🍝 Why you’ll love working with us

  • Be part of a growing, creative pasta brand
  • Gain hands-on experience across a wide range of design formats and channels
  • Flexible freelance contract (15–20 hours per week).
  • Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the Marketing team expands.
  • Work with a friendly, supportive team that loves creativity and pasta.
  • Rate: ÂŁ13-ÂŁ16 per hour (depending on experience)
  • And yes, there’s always a fresh, soul-warming bowl of pasta waiting for you when you’re on site.
