About the Company

We are a growing independent restaurant group specialising in fresh pasta, currently operating 5 sites with a 6th opening soon. Our team of around 100 people is passionate about delivering high-quality, fresh food alongside warm, genuine hospitality. Each restaurant operates with a close-knit team of 16–25 staff, creating a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead FOH/BOH operations and support a strong team culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to grow within an expanding business.
