JOB DESCRIPTION

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid. 4 days in office and 1 day remote (non contractual and subject to change)

PURPOSE: Lead the planning and execution of all marketing activity across the business, translating the overall marketing strategy into integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, client engagement and commercial performance.

SCOPE: Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Brand, Retail, Wholesale, Bridal and Home

Marketing, ensuring all campaigns and activations are delivered on time, on budget and aligned with the wider business objectives.

Working closely with Creative, PR, E-commerce and Retail teams, the role ensures a consistent customer journey across every touchpoint.

  • MARKETING
  • Lead the planning and execution of all retail, wholesale and brand marketing initiatives globally, ensuring every activity supports both brand positioning and commercial performance.
  • RETAIL MARKETING
  • Develop and deliver the annual retail marketing strategy and calendar.
  • Lead global retail activations, in-store events and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute international trunk shows, private client events and bespoke experiences for UHNW/VIC clients in partnership with Retail, Client Services and Store Managers.
  • Identify opportunities to drive client acquisition, retention and lifetime value through highly personalised marketing initiatives.
  • Develop marketing support for new store openings, pop-ups and seasonal launches.
  • WHOLESALE MARKETING
  • Develop and execute the global wholesale marketing strategy with Head of Wholesale, ensuring consistency across all wholesale partners.
  • Create seasonal marketing toolkits, campaign assets and launch support.
  • Partner with key wholesale accounts on co-marketing opportunities, events and activations.
  • Support wholesale partners with product launches, training materials, POS and client events.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all wholesale touchpoints globally.
  • BRAND MARKETING
  • Deliver integrated seasonal campaigns across all customer channels.
  • Lead brand partnerships, collaborations and special projects.
  • Coordinate marketing support for Fashion Week, seasonal launches and key brand
  • moments.
  • Manage the annual marketing calendar and campaign rollout across departments.
  • BUDGET MANAGEMENT & REPORTING
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring investment is allocated effectively across campaigns, retail marketing, wholesale initiatives, events and partnerships.
  • Responsible for annual budget planning, forecasting, supplier negotiations, purchase orders and ongoing budget tracking, ensuring projects are delivered within budget while maximising commercial return and maintaining luxury execution standards.
  • Provide regular reporting on budget performance, event and campaign ROI and marketing effectiveness, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and optimise spend.

CREATIVE PRODUCTION

  • Manage the planning and delivery of all creative production across marketing campaigns, ensuring every customer-facing asset reflects the highest standards of luxury and reinforces the Emilia Wickstead brand identity.
  • Support the continued evolution of the brand's visual identity by delivering creative assets that are consistent, aspirational and aligned across all marketing and communications touchpoints.
  • Oversee the production of campaign imagery, content, graphic design, marketing collateral and creative assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard across retail, wholesale, digital, PR and CRM channels.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, production processes and operational efficiencies through effective planning, collaboration and the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, while maintaining the integrity of the brand aesthetic.
  • DIGITAL & ECOMMERCE
  • Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce and work on the execution of Social Media, CRM, newsletters, digital campaigns, affiliate marketing, seasonal website launches and customer communications, to ensure brand alignment across digital channels.
  • MANDATE
  • Deliver the annual global marketing strategy across all customer channels.
  • Lead on input with the Marketing & Communications Director and the Finance team on the marketing budget, forecasting and financial management of all marketing activities.
  • Lead global retail marketing, including international trunk shows, UHNW/VIC client experiences and retail activations.
  • Develop and execute the global wholesale marketing strategy in partnership with key retail partners.
  • Deliver integrated seasonal campaigns across retail, wholesale, bridal and digital.
  • Manage the annual marketing calendar and campaign timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional campaign delivery across Creative, PR, Retail and Ecommerce.
  • Measure campaign performance, customer engagement and commercial ROI.
  • Support the Marketing & Communications Director in delivering long-term commercial growth and brand strategy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a marketing role within a luxury fashion, luxury lifestyle or premium retail brand, with a strong understanding of the luxury customer journey.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and executing integrated 360° marketing campaigns across retail, wholesale, digital and CRM.
  • Strong experience planning and delivering global retail marketing initiatives, including store activations, pop-ups, international trunk shows and exclusive events for UHNW/VIC clients.
  • Experience developing and executing wholesale marketing strategies, working closely with global retail partners to deliver best-in-class marketing support and commercial activations.
  • Proven experience managing significant marketing budgets, including annual planning, forecasting, supplier negotiations, purchase orders and ROI reporting.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance brand building with measurable business performance.
  • Experience delivering seasonal marketing campaigns within the fashion calendar, including Fashion Week, collection launches and key commercial trading periods.
  • Solid understanding of CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, paid media, affiliate marketing and customer lifecycle communications.
  • Confident managing multiple agencies, suppliers and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships across Design, Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce and senior leadership.
  • Comfortable managing upwards and working closely with the Founder/Creative Director, balancing creative ambition with commercial priorities and operational delivery.
  • Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
