Job Description Working as part of the Emilia Wickstead retail team, the Luxury Senior Sales Adviser will instil a client centric approach at all levels within the store and focus on developing middle segment clients into the elite level. Taking over existing clients and growing CRM database with VIC and UHNWI. Making sure the Sales targets and all KPI’s are met monthly individually and as a team. Support Store manager to develop new CRM development plans, and store events. The ability to spot potential clients at all levels and to develop them accordingly. Support Boutique Manager and Head office during events to develop them as relationship building occasions. Analyse New and existing clientele with store Manager to provide accurate insights to the HO teams and to share the trends and challenges, as well as client segmentation and client profiles. Enhance store clientelling skills and drive true client understanding to ensure that updated and accurate information is captured by the SA. Improve client data capture accuracy and rates for existing clients and prospective long-lasting relationships.
