Job Summary
Emilia Wickstead is looking for a meticulous Picker/Packer with luxury packaging experience who takes pride in ensuring the client receives their goods in a timely manner, whilst looking beautiful.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and dispatch e-commerce and retail orders accurately within agreed timelines.
- Pack orders in accordance with Emilia Wickstead brand standards.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels using Shopify, Ship Station and courier platforms.
- Ensure dispatched orders are accurately updated within Shopify and fulfilment systems.
- Assist with fulfilment during peak trading periods, private sales, trunk shows and events.
- Receive, unpack and organise deliveries in the stockroom.
- Book stock into inventory systems accurately and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure products are correctly ticketed and prepared for sale.
- Support regular stock counts and inventory checks.
Qualifications
- Experience picking and packing luxury goods.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of Shopify and shipping platforms preferred.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
