Job Summary

Emilia Wickstead is looking for a meticulous Picker/Packer with luxury packaging experience who takes pride in ensuring the client receives their goods in a timely manner, whilst looking beautiful.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and dispatch e-commerce and retail orders accurately within agreed timelines.
  • Pack orders in accordance with Emilia Wickstead brand standards.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and labels using Shopify, Ship Station and courier platforms.
  • Ensure dispatched orders are accurately updated within Shopify and fulfilment systems.
  • Assist with fulfilment during peak trading periods, private sales, trunk shows and events.
  • Receive, unpack and organise deliveries in the stockroom.
  • Book stock into inventory systems accurately and report any discrepancies.
  • Ensure products are correctly ticketed and prepared for sale.
  • Support regular stock counts and inventory checks.

Qualifications

  • Experience picking and packing luxury goods.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and shipping platforms preferred.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
