UK based Co-Founder Advisor focused on Sales – Marketing – Partnership – Investor Relations

We are in the process of finding a full-time role for a Co-Founder focused on Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Investor Relations at eMigr8 Tech Visa. The role involves leading sales and marketing initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and managing investor relations. In the alternative, we are exploring having committed strategic advisors for our existing team.
Role Description
The role will start as a part-time role pending when the company meets fundraising or ARR metrics. This role is for a startup at a very early stage (pre-seed stage). On the plus side, we are revenue positive and have early indicators of success.
Before coming onboard as Co-founder, you will start with a 1 – 2 months trial where you will need to commit some unpaid time (about 6hrs) to enable you get to know us & vis a vis. This may also translate to a co-founder advisor role in the organisation or a paid engagement (early employee, contractor, consultant) in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.
- Marketing Mastery: Craft and implement compelling marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including eMigr8 coaches, lawyers & immigration consultants, HR teams, recruitment agencies, and many others.
- Investor Relations: Manage investor relations, secure funding, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Team Building: Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Startup background and/or experience
- Fundraising and Investor relations expertise (Grants, VC, family office, etc)
- Analytical skills and research abilities
- Sales and marketing experience
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the tech industry (Business side) is a plus
