emh is seeking an experienced Painter to join our Internal Maintenance Service. You will carry out painting repairs and maintenance to a high standard for residents across the East Midlands, including void maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties.
The ideal candidate will hold City and Guilds Level 3 or NVQ or equivalent, with broad day-to-day maintenance experience and the ability to travel to customers’ homes across the East Midlands.
