Emh is looking for a Quality & Standards Officer to join our new Quality & Standards Team.

This hybrid role is flexible between home and our offices in Coalville Leicestershire, 35 hours per week, with a salary of £32,170 to £34,535 per annum plus benefits.

You will monitor performance data, support policy reviews, ensure data confidence, and coordinate internal reports, partnering with Housing Teams to drive improvements and high service standards.

Driving licence is desirable.
