The vacancy is for a Sales and Marketing Advisor based at home, with the flexibility to work at the Head Office in Coalville, Leicestershire as required.

Hours: 17.5 hours per week working 13.30 to 17.00 Wednesday and 9.00 to 17.00 Thursday and Friday (this working pattern is flexible/negotiable).

Salary: £12,025- £13,361 per annum (Development admin RFJ 2) (FTE £24,050 - £26,722 per annum).

The role involves processing all initial enquiries into the Sales and Marketing Team via telephone, email, and post.

About You

The ideal candidate will have experience of completing administration processes to tight timescales using computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets to produce information. You will be able to deal with stressful situations using tact & diplomacy, whilst having the ability to work on your own initiative. In addition, you will be a team player with a positive can-do attitude, whilst providing excellent customer service. The post will be home-based, and the ideal candidate will have the flexibility and willingness to work from the office and home as required.

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent relevant experience.
