6 Months Secondment Opportunity/Fixed Term Contract

Location/Base: Floating support between the North and South teams

(This role is community based so out on site, and desk based with a combination of working from emh offices, community hubs and home)

Hours: 35 hours week
Salary: £31,082 - £34,535 per annum (RFJ 6)

We’re excited to offer a 2x 6 month internal secondment opportunity/Fixed Term Contract as a Housing Officer, supporting both our North and South patches wherever demand is highest.

This is a fantastic chance to broaden your experience, build new relationships across the organisation, and get hands on exposure to varied and fast paced areas of housing management.

Role

As a Housing Officer, you’ll be stepping in to provide extra support to teams across the business—helping us maintain excellent service levels during busy periods and ensuring our tenants receive the great service they deserve.

You’ll enjoy a truly varied workload, working flexibly between locations, including community settings, emh offices, and home. No two days will be the same!

You will:

  • Provide a comprehensive housing management service across different patches
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, partners, and colleagues
  • Support with estate management and anti social behaviour cases
  • Bring fresh energy and adaptability to areas where demand is high
