emh Care & Support is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their goals and live the lives they choose.

You will build meaningful relationships, tailor support to each person, and work with families and professionals to ensure opportunities to thrive.

There are six 24-hour positions available at Supported Living 1: Eckington, Brimington, Chesterfield. Emphasis on dignity, independence and wellbeing.
