Location/Base: Home and community based in Erewash and Derbyshire, with the ability to travel to emh offices and across the East Midlands as required.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £53,243 - £59,159 per annum

The role: This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join our Communities Team, with a focus on increasing our presence in the communities we serve. In this new role, you will be responsible for leading a team of 4 Housing Officers, a Tenancy Solutions Caseworker, Choice Based Lettings Officer, Choice Based Lettings Assistant and Lettings Negotiator to provide a comprehensive housing & estate management service, making a positive contribution to our communities.
