In this role, you will support the delivery of a comprehensive housing and estate management service, making a positive and lasting contribution to the communities we serve. You will play a key part in delivering an efficient, customer-focused Choice Based Lettings (CBL) service, supporting customers through the housing application process and ensuring services are accessible, responsive and compliant.
The person
- Do you have experience of working in a customer facing role with strong customer care skills demonstrating high levels of customer ownership and accountability?
- Do you have experience of working collaboratively with others and developing positive working relationships?
- Are you well organised, able to prioritise and manage competing priorities delivering work to agreed deadlines and standards?
