The role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Asset Officer to join our Asset & Compliance team. In this varied role, you'll support the delivery of asset management and building compliance activities, helping to ensure our homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained while providing an excellent customer experience. Working closely with contractors, residents and colleagues across the business, you will help manage compliance programmes, maintain accurate asset data, monitor contractor performance, support reporting and contribute to continuous service improvement. You will have experience delivering customer-focused services within asset management, maintenance, construction or compliance environments, along with strong organisational, relationship management and reporting skills. A good understanding of health and safety legislation, excellent IT skills and the ability to travel are essential. About you
You will be a highly organised and customer-focused professional with experience of delivering services within an asset management, maintenance, construction or compliance environment. Comfortable managing competing priorities, you will have strong relationship-building skills, a good understanding of health and safety and regulatory requirements, and the confidence to work collaboratively with contractors, residents and colleagues across the business. You will be able to analyse and present information clearly, maintain accurate records, and use digital systems effectively to support service delivery. Above all, you will be committed to delivering excellent customer outcomes and helping us provide safe, compliant and well-maintained homes.
