emh is seeking an Administrator/Planner (Asset & Compliance) to support stock condition, compliance and investment programmes. The role involves arranging resident appointments, coordinating access for surveys and works, and maintaining asset data to ensure surveys, inspections and improvements are properly planned and recorded.
You will work with residents, contractors and internal teams to identify and manage risks, supporting compliance with the Decent Homes Standard, HHSRS and Awaab's Law.
